R&I Unit Manager

Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree graduates majoring in food science, biology or chemistry from reputable university with min GPA 3.00, GPA min 3.50 will be prioritized
* Age between 26 - 35 years old
* With min 3 years experience in product research, preferably form consumer goods industry development
* Experience in handling dairy, nut, household, flavour and or perfumery products
* Code of ethics in formulation and production process confidentiality
* Good understanding on the preparation process and implementation of product research and development
* Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
* Good communication, interpersonal and presentation / training skill
* Good English communication both oral and written
* Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)
* High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
* Ready to work under pressure situation and with tight deadline
